In 2021 I was 272 pounds. In the two years after I slowly lost 27 pounds using a steady pace of stress. At 245 pounds my diabetes and bad eating habits remained the same. My new years resolution was no eatting after 7pm, smaller portions, and no candy, donuts, or fun stuff. In the first eight weeks I lost 10 pounds without counting calories. At 235 pounds I decided to watch sugar levels, calories, carbs, fat, and protein. I looked for an app to help with those numbers and found FatSecret. By paying attention to that crap I lost 10 more pounds in 4 weeks. Now I'm hooked. My BMI has gone from 33.1 down to 23.5. Could you imagine if I added exercise to this program. Yah me neither I'm way to lazy for that. Thank you everyone for sharing and supporting. I will post a before and after pic when I reach my goal. I got this!
