the week the needle didn't return to regular position.

changes this past week: added supplements - magnesium, garlic, krill oil. alternating days to space out the supply and not have to have them daily.

wonder if either of this is impacting the numbers on scale.

also, possibly building more muscle. sometimes i don't think i eat enough calories to grow muscle, but i could be totally wrong on that.
