Carb Nite last night, did a small chocolate one last thing. Since I was 2lbs lighter yesterday than I was last CN, it seems to have gone to plan. Let's see how we get on this week. It could be a tough week as we're going to test my electrolytes on Friday so I don't want to be spiking with protein shakes in the interim and of course I'm not refeeding enough with carbs to get me through the week. Exhaustion ahead then :-(
