I finally have control of my diet mentally. It took two weeks to honestly believe I could lose weight. Then the scale said I was losing weight, however I could not see any difference. Around the fourth week I stopped always feeling hungry which was a huge confidence builder to my goals. Now I look forward to eating healthier. I've lost 20 lbs of the 25 lbs I wanted to lose. In 5 less pounds I'm going to lower my goal by 20 lbs. Then I'll be 190lbs for the 1st time in 20 years. I've lost the weght by lowering my calories to 1400, having a maximum of 36 grams of sugar, and at least 72 grams of protein a day. I am a little worried about figuring out my calorie number for maintaining my goal weight. Thank you all for being here with the positive vibes.
