Kind of a slow week for me last week. I didn't see much progress, but there wasn't much of a gain either. I would have to say it is due to injuring my knee, which has kept me less active. I borrowed some videos from a friend hoping that will give me the extra help I need. I can't do the cardio jumping around right now. I can still walk though so yesterday I walked 3.5 miles in 1 hour 10 min. Not bad for me! I am looking forward to getting this last 12 pounds off.
