Yesterday I felt in a fog and was tired. I think the salad dressing had a lot of sugar. I am restarting today, no sugar laden dressings and i'm gonna try to minimize the cups of coffee I drink down to 2 a day. I haven't been eating enough either I don't think so its another reason to track my diet/progress. I'm tired of being stuck at this weight- since the 20th!
