94 days since my last weigh-in. Sorry I've ben absent for so long everyone, I've spent the last 3 months traveling for work and it was just unrealistic to try to keep up with FatSecret.

So explanation for the 13 lb. weight gain? I stopped tracking my food on here but I stuck to my habits, and continued to train hard at the gym.

I've added significant mass to my back and shoulders which was a major goal I had set, was this 100% of the 13 lbs.? Nope, gained a little bit of fat in the process as you always do.

Either way, 182 lbs. beats the 240 lbs. that I once was.

Today is day 1 of shooting for that 160 lb. goal once again, I've got my Tupperware containers full of chicken, broccoli, and brown rice for the day and a rough leg session planned for the gym tonight.

It's great to see you here again. You have been seriously working on your body, great job and wishing you success in meeting your new goal. I'm getting close to breaking the 200lb barrier, should be soon although I've got a 3lb weekend gain to flush out due to over doing a picnic w/ my kids.

YAY - so happy you are back - I noticed you were not around. While you were gone I got a more serious with using heavier weights and lost 4.5% bodyfat and over 13 pounds! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
