Yay! I finally broke to 140! Not officially since it is 140.6, but that is finally a loss. I have been stuck at 141 since last Thursday. I am so excited. All my baby weight is officially gone (3 years late). Now I have to work on the post wedding weight. My long term goal is to get back to the weight I was when I was happiest. I need to post that pic but I don't know how to add a pic to my journal. I will work on that. It would be great motivation. My knee was better after 2 days of not using it, but when I walked the 1 1/2 miles yesterday it was evident that I was favoring it. I guess I will live in an ace bandage for awhile. I definitely sleep in it. Turning over at night tends to aggravate it.
