Another busy day at work. I ate my chia pudding this morning eventhough I wasn't hungry, it was delicious and have me LOTS of energy. No feeling of low blood pressure at work today. Unfortunately I have started on the wine early, with M piloting me a glass as icamein the door haha! Feeling a bit diddly now and its only 4pm ish. He is cooking roast vegetables and is now making it into a soup. I will probably make my own tea.
