Happy Birthday to me! My weight is back to where it was 8 days ago. It will likely be back up tomorrow, but that's just the way it is. Weight loss is never linear.
Thanks to all who commented on my previous entry when I was at the top of the pendulum swing. Yes, I know there are many variable factors in a weigh in, not the least of which is being FOS as one poster put it. LOL.
Today is my 72 nd birthday. It's a time for reflection and gratitude. I have reached the age that is double that of my mother's life. She passed at only 36 years of age.
I have lived more than my "three score and ten". I'm on bonus time now. I am in good health. Yes, I'm overweight and my everything is too high, but I'm mobile and more importantly my brain is still functioning well.
I have many blessing in my life. I am a very lucky woman.
So I'm going to just relax and enjoy just being.
