Carb night!! So, I fasted all day at work, no problems, full of energy. After work I went to Richmond to buy Sushi for tea!! Did bit of shopping etc.
Really enjoyed my sushi!!! I ate two trays and the kids left over!!! Ohdear!!
Then had abath while my wine was chilling. For pudding it was a chocolate and caramel ice cream, then I had some crisps then lastly my favourite chocolate peanut butter from Whittikers! All washed down with two glasses of wine.
