16/8 Fasting now. Had a high sugar (carb) Lemonata drink 180 cal at about 3 PM after not eating in the morning. Blew my Glucose up to 259 then it dropped like a stone. It is now steady at 110. That one drink broke my fast. Have not eaten since. Should be stating a 7PM to 12noon easy intermittent fast, but am now out of sync so i will eat or drink some high protein (30g) drink and put of the 7-12 fast till Sat night.

I can not exercise like i did before Covid,

I am on Oxy 24/7 at 3l/m, needed if any exertion, bending over is a real killer, So i must loose my fatty gut, ie 20 more lbs to goal of 180. I am monitoring my heart BPM. and my Oxy, Training my Diaphragm breathing to decrease my shortness of breath and to shorten any Oxy drop.
Tonight i will use CPAP as best I can. Another App to record that.
I just learned that by deep breathing and the CPAP i pressurize my lungs and stretch them, plus force oxy throught the Fibrosis in my lungs caused by 60 years of cigarettes. I quit about 1 year ago.

i need to increase my Protien intake, (will talk to a Kidney Doctor)
I monitor my Glucose with a sensor on my arm 24/7.
I try to watch my salt (sodium) to ward off congestive heart failure/Edema in feet/casfs, bloated stomach.

As you can see I am developing a full program to improve my life.

P.S. I believe i was Vaccine damaged after my second booster shot. I never had COVID, but it felt like i did and immediately after i was a mess.
