Of course I had to weigh this morning. But I'll tell you, I stood on the scale for about 30 seconds before I looked down. I was surprised to see that I had not gained. I even lost .4 pounds! Well, hopefully next week I can show a bigger loss. I am going to aim for 3 pounds. I can't wait to get into the 180's! I haven't seen them in 4 years! I thought they were gone forever!
