I don't know what I am doing. Every time I try to get myself started in the right direction I fail. I think, Infact I know I don't watch how much I put in my plate. When I'm hungry I'm hungry. My Dr.said I was starving myself. He said I was not eating enough food. I suppose he has never come to my house for dinner. My weight is 333 lb.doesn't sound like I am starving myself.
I'm just down on myself I suppose. My husband started walking and he is under 200lb. He is really doing great. I had knee replacement and it is difficult for me to walk.so that is that. I wanted to loose weight for a cruise we were going on in Nov.for our 50th anniversary but I failed at that to. Just call me sick and tired of being fat but don't really know how too change it.
