I feel pretty good after my weekend at my daughter's house and no gain. I did my best to stay on track, but we did make smores and I only had a couple marshmallows. I made 2 healthy meals while there and ate healthy breakfast. Then I went to my friend's house and she always makes me empanadas (fried meat pies) and I was decided that was to be my reward, lol. I got there and she is on a heath kick so they were baked instead of fried and the ingredients are all healthy except she did use ground beef instead of ground turkey. Not sure if it was lean meat or not. Then she gave me a red velvet cupcake made with agave nectar and stevia and organic eggs and food color. It was delicious. I will get that recipe and see if it is worthy of putting on this site.
