newnormal Günlüğü, 17 Ara 15

This is still water weight dropping but I'm really grateful it's coming off fast. I did my "normal" day yesterday and found I got about 3000+ steps. Way better than I thought and gives me a boost to get to the next level. Hoping this will become an addiction (adding steps and movement) as I can see the numbers. My brother is also into it and we're "friends" now so we can taunt and challenge and encourage each other. He's going to do the Camino Santiago next year so he's training for it.

I'm hoping to direct my inner overachiever in that direction as well as school for this next year. BTW, with an extra credit final exam I got 106.44% on my college course lol. Yeah...little overachiever in action. ;)
