So I looked up the RDI. Turns out I am not doing as bad as I though. Now that I know what my limit is and what I am eating I feel like I have more control. I changed from no diet to the calorie count and now that I have structure and direction, I am feeling more confident. I am LOVING getting my workout done first thing in the morning. The half hour less of sleep swapped for half hour work out has had the opposite effect I thought it would. I actually have been feeling more energetic at work (although sore). Life is good and I am feeling great. I love this website, I love my new friends, and I am sure the support is why I am off to a good start and feeling great about this life style change! THANKS GUYS!!!
