I'd been stuck on a stupid plateau for a long time and I finally lost two pounds. Geez. Seems like forever that I was stuck at 116.9 lbs. or something like that. That's a really crappy weight to be stuck at. To be honest, I haven't been tracking my exercise on here as I should. My dietitian has said that I shouldn't calculate my caloric intake, but I think I may start doing so again. May be a shocker. Who knows?
