It's been 1 year since I joined with the hope of losing 12 lbs before my vacation. Well, here I am, 365 days and 20(ish) lbs later. It's been an interesting journey and I've met a lot of very determined people. I have watched people go through joys, heartaches, triumphs, and well ... life. My year has been relatively stable and I thank any deity that will listen. My life has fallen apart in the past and I know how it affected my health and weight (50 lbs weight loss in 3 months). I could go on and on with how my year has been, but I won't. I will finish this entry by thanking everyone who has supported me over the past year. I doubt that I could have done this on my own.
