OK -- so it's only .2 pounds. But I couldn't resist posting a weight that started with "16", especially since I was not really doing very well this week or last. So 169.8 seems like a huge victory. When I came back to FS in September, I weighed 186.8. So I'm down 17 pounds in a little less than 5 months. My goal is to be at goal weight by September 15, 2016. It's a do-able goal based on progress so far. And losing at this rate, I believe I can keep it off. Later.
