Today is Angie's birthday! Taking 20U HCG. Had grilled tilapia and cabbage for dinner last pm. Earlier had low-cal lean chili with beef. Also ate an apple. Had 2 glasses of tea. Used stevia. Drink 5-6 bottles of water. Moved around a little but no formal exercise. Goal is to have fun with Angie take her 2 dinner and get some exercise.
