Holy cow! I can't believe my weight loss this week. My goal for next Wednesday's weigh-in is to at least still be the same with the Thanksgiving feast lurking right around the corner. I must say I tried two new things as of Saturday, cinnamon capsules and chia seeds. I'm wondering if they are the magic bullet. I'll continue and see if the weigh keeps coming off. Happy Thanksgiving to all my FS friends! Try to be mindful with your eating and start your plate with all the healthy choices. You should be able to fill up with turkey, plain sweet potatoes and some veggies. You don't have to deprive yourself - take a spoonful of a few of the items you really feel you want. Just that taste should satisfy you and you shouldn't feel deprived.
