So yesterday was my first day and after weighing myself this morning, it looks like I did great! I'm so proud of myself, I said no to unhealthy snacks and took my time when I was eating. I did go workout and I got my boyfriend to come with me. I looked at myself in the mirror this morning and I think I looked great :). I'm going shopping today and chances are my boyfriend will want to grab something to eat while we are in town so I'll have to try hard to resit the temptation.
