Just saw my diabetes doctor and she is impressed with my weight loss and my blood sugar levels. I will have my A1c tested in a few weeks and she said if I keep this up she feels I will be at goal, less than 7 :) Hoping so! Will keep trucking on my personal goal weight, I met the Dr's. lost 10% of my original weight.
