yesterday I weighed 117.8! I was so upset all day, until I realized it was that time of the month. That also explained all my recent cravings. I have been very very bad lately, and slipped back into some old habits. 110 should have been easy to reach by January 11, 2012, but not now. 3 weeks ago I weighed 113.2! I am very upset that I have done this yet again to myself. Positive side is that I recognize what I have been doing wrong, and I can/will/have fixed it. I ate well yesterday and stayed active (although no exercise). gtoday i weighed 116.0! today I am eating well. drinking my 64 oz of water, AND I walked for 3 miles and burned 200 calories! i asked the girl at work for my Pilates DVD that i loaned her since I am ready to get back to that old cold days. hopefully she will bring it back soon. anyway i have 12 days to work on it, i wont loose 6 pounds but i may lose 3!
