Behavior and lifestyle changes have been slow going. Overall, the family and I have been eating out less but Friday night and this afternoon we had fast food. Nothing crazy but something we can definitely improve upon. Also taking full advantage of this exams week. I've been able to hit my step goal for the last 7 days and was able to work in 3 nights of spin class during that time. Hopefully I can keep it going when school returns to business as usual.
