Happy Monday everyone!

Was hoping to have lost more this week because of upcoming vacation, but happy with a down arrow :). Am leaving for vacation Thursday until the 31st. Am a bit worried about staying on task, but I have already purchased some foods to take along for me and will try to be diligent in tracking carbs and calories. I down loaded the app on my phone, don't like it much but at least can track the food and that is the most important thing. Won't be weighing in next Monday due to be on vacation, so will be two weeks. My hope is not to gain anything, that would be a win!! :)

When I use my phone I go thru the internet instead of the app so that I am still able to do and see everything. Have a super GREAT vacation! No food stress, just do the best you can at any given time and enjoy!

Thanks for the suggestion of going through the internet on phone instead. :) also, thanks for your no food stress advice. You are right. I want to enjoy the vacation and shouldn't be thinking non stop about food and will just do the best I can!

Hey a loss is a loss. I had family over the last two weeks, so I have been eating out for the last two weeks so I skipped my Thursday weigh in. It's hard to stay on plan on holiday, I think your plan to just maintain over vacation is a smart one

The app doesn't work on my phone but if you scroll to the bottom of the app page there is an option to see More Fatsecret sites which will bring you to the regular webpage. I found that I was relaxed on vacation and better able to focus on me and my needs including food and exercise - what better way to be selfish than to focus on yourself on vacation! Good luck! Sleeping late and getting out for long walks are great ways to relax on vacation.
