So my weight is up two pounds from last week. There were a couple days where I think I ate less than good but the overall ratio of calories burned to calories in should not have yielded this increase.
This week I need to show more dicipline on my intake and increase the heart rate more and hopefully I can show a drop. Looks like getting under the 200 barrier will be tougher than I thought and I still have 30 pounds to go after that to reach my goal. These are the times when you have to stay strong and find support.

Our bodies work in strange ways. There are weeks where we are 100% on plan and lose nothing and weeks where we may overeat and lose big. You just have to stay on plan and keep exercising. It will all work itself out by the time you get to goal, lol.

Thanks for your support! I have a good plan in place and have a high level of motivation now to get back to a healthy weight. My workouts have been productive and I can tell the results are coming this week was just a little frustraiting. I will not let this keep me from reaching my goal though. I know it's not a short term or quick fix process. I look forward to dropping below 200 as a good mini goal in route to my ultimate goal. One thing I love about this site is the support given to each member by total strangers. I understand we all have a common goal though and again appreciate your continued support!
