I think I was retaining some water this past week. In addition had a great couple days of eating well and quality workouts. Hope to blow past the 200 barrier soon and not look back!

Signed up for a fitness screening with the trainer that holds exercise classes at work. This will help me capture some good data on where I'm at on body composition and help to see progress outside of the standard scale and eye tests. Love the fact we have this available at work and am thankful the new company I work for is so commited to providing these options to the employees in order to promote a healthy lifestyle! I wish more companies provided this benefit. BTW the classes held 3 days a week and two sessions each day are free! Also the company is building a new dedicated fitness area and it will hopefully be open this year. Also there are prizes for the biggest % weight loss. My goal is to be in the top 3!
