Set your milestones. So you can be sure to follow your track. 100 pounds in a year is a hefty pricetag. Unless you got surgery.... That's a lot of pressure. In my opinion, put yourself at milestones for 1 pound per week. This is a middle road that should be comfortable and if you do better, then you're ahead of the game when it comes to times like holidays and celebrations and those inevitable slow weeks hit... This is how I'm hitting my goals. I started at 291, but started tracking at 287. I set my milestones at 1 pound per week and mark various milestones throughout my journey. 5% body weight, 10%, 5 pounds, 10 pounds, etc etc, you can see in my profile. The plan is to lose all the extra weight by June 2019. If you map it out, look at your numbers, you can for sure be 250 by October 2017, and if you hit 200, you're in an even better place. You want it bad. We all want it bad. And we all want it now. But, to be successful we have to plan realistically in a way that won't stress us and we can still enjoy life.
