Wow! I've now officially lost 18 pounds (since October,2011). I feel that I've developed better food choice habits over these last few months, as I no longer "dream" of ice cream, cake, and cookies as I used to. I'm still not getting enough exercise, though, and now that I'm back in school, it's even tougher to fit that into my schedule. Still, I'm proud of what I've accomplished. My clothes fit better, and my feet don't hurt as much. So...Onward and up, er, downward! :)
