I have started taking Garcinia Cambogia (Super-7,500mg), one tablet half an hour before meals, twice a day. I've been taking it for about 4 days, and thankfully, I have started losing a little bit instead of either stalling or adding weight. What I found out is that it makes it possible for me to do a bit of intermittent fasting. If I take my morning tablet and just have a cup of tea, I can easily do without food until 11am. Not hungry at all, and weirdly don't actually think about food, which is amazing.
I have decided to have meals that I really love (healthy and light) and not think it makes any difference whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sometimes I just feel like eggs, bacon and mushrooms for the evening meal. I made Chinese Spring Rolls for dinner last night and they were tasty and filling and I didn't feel like I was dieting. I guess they were pretty light on carbs too -those wrappers are so thin and I just put them on a biscuit tray and sprayed them with olive oil spray, then cooked them in the oven, instead of frying them. They were great and so crisp! Some nights I might just feel like soup and a slice of toast. I'm allowing myself to eat what I want when I want and trying to eat more 'from scratch' meals.
