OH DEAR
weight is the same-hooray
but just started the day with a cup of tea with a dash of skimmed milk
my daughter came down and as we were talking offered me one of the' last 2 chocs from her box of hotel chocolate choccies she got for her birthday..and i'd done so well avoiding the rest of the box
as i ate it, it tasted really sickly sweet.. THAT'S BECAUSE I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EATING SUGAR. TALK ABOUT MINDLESS EATING!!
Oh well, off to start my day again with the omlette that i had planned
roast beef and lots of fresh veggies later.. still feeling sick after the chocolate lol

wow.. no wonder it tasted sickly sweet.. a teaspoon of sugar is 4g, so my one chocolate had more than a teaspoon of sugar in it.. off to clean my teeth as the remaining sweetness in my mouth is overpowering .oopsie!x

I love Hotel Chocolat choccies! They keep trying to tempt me with their brochures in the post but I'm not buying them - as you say, far too much sugar. Enjoy your roast dinner 🙂

Nothing wrong with helping your daughter out by finishing her choccies. I would have done that too. There are small sacrifices we all have to make for family.

Oh don't talk about chocolates...especially teasers.. little choccy malty,sickly balls.
So right, they are so ruddy sweet. Never mind bitter sweet is our journey along the path of weight loss🍫🍫🍫
