Once I asked a nurse who lost a lot of weight what easy tip she could give me to get the weight off and keep it off. She thought a minute and then said 'When I am worried that the weight is going on again I start taking Magnesium.' She said she found a brand that doesn't have her rushing to the bathroom, and she takes it for a few weeks. It makes her more regular and starts her back on track to losing again. I am trying this. I found a good one with D3 and Calcium also in it. I take 2 every morning now and so far, so good. 'Going' twice a day now, which has to be good and it's also helping with my chronic inflammation. I'm still taking the Garcinia but can't say it has done much yet, although my appetite has reduced. I am drinking more water because I found out that when we are dehydrated it puts too much burden on our liver, and mine needs all the help it can get. :)
