Ok, last weekend was hell. Sooooo many temptations and I was weak. I actually gained 2 lbs back. Baddd Me, it sucks being weak. I am giving up for now on trying to follow the plan to the T. It is just too hard during the holidays. I will do my best not to eat the bad things, but I don't want to beat myself up over eating something christmassy and good. So, after the first of the year I am going back to 24 hr fitness, the doctor said it was ok now, just to take it easy on my shoulder. Then I will adhere to the diet like I am supposed to.
102,5 kg Bugüne kadar kayıp: 3,6 kg.    Geriye kalan: 29,9 kg.    Diyet Takibi: Düşük.

I hear you... I'm in the same place. I'm going to go to 24 Hour Fitness, too. I have to pass by them every day when I walk in the building where I work, so I have no reason NOT to get a membership there. You can do it! Next year at Christmas will be so much better, as you'll have a year's worth of healthful living under your belt. Keep up the good work!
