well, it wasn't quite as bad as I thought. up 2 pounds, but it could have been MUCH worse! I hate this time of year. I've got girl scout cookies staring me in the face, my workplace is doing a wolfgangs candy fundraiser... I just have to keep reminding myself how it's NOT worth it, and how awful I feel after I eat all that crap! On the bright side, I found a wonderful new popsicle! Dole makes these Acai blueberry popsicles, 90 calories, some natural sugars, but definitly satisfies the sweet tooth!
