Been taking TTA TETRADECYLTHIOACETIC ACID. It's made me severely dehydrated but at the same time my appetite's gone. Godawful constipation. I may be able to address that with fibre supplementation and MCT oil. I'm not going to come out and recommend this till I find a way of getting round the side-effects, but it looks promising.
