Thoroughly enjoyed it. Ten days in Jamaica was well needed. This is the second of eight trips that I managed to escape injury. ☺ But I did get a very nasty bruise on my arm that didn't hurt. Not quite sure what happened there. Food intake was reasonable - no sweets. Can't say the same for beverages though. Found a really nice vodka that was way too easy to drink. I believe it was Russian - Stolichnaya. It was pretty wet but it was 30 degrees and the rain came straight down for about 15-20 minutes. Then it stopped. I'm used to rain, drizzle and fog with near-freezing temperatures. And rain normally falls sideways here. Not something you want to be out in. The most excitement we had was missing our return connection - 1.5 hour delay in Montego Bay airport (thunderstorms) and 45 minutes in Toronto (Canada Customs was busy and wouldn't let us deplane). Got the next flight out though but we were about 3 hours late getting home. Now we're back home so we can make more money to go back next year. 😀
