No major weightloss this week but still a new low by less than a pound. More exercise is a must although I've been active just not with focused exercise. Lots of domestic chores, yardwork, etc. Also I was lax on my calorie intake but again I've been careful to endulge in moderation. Need a couple more weeks of focused exercise and calorie intake disipline in order to hit my goal.
