After moving to Pittsburgh this summer and changing some lifestyle habits and medication, I lost a bunch of weight randomly. I am now down to almost 140 with 15 lbs to go to my goal weight. I have basically plateaued out and need to start watching what I eat a bit more to loose those last 15 lbs. I will also be looking into a dance class.
