My family has been bringing home food they don't know I prefer not to have in the home. ..I have succumbed. I do best till afternoon/evening. My husband is proud of me. I'm undecided on whether I'm doing a keto diet cuz we have sourdough pancakes in the morning, and I also use the budwig every now and then. Budwig is full of healthy fat, flax oil. Years ago we all lost weight using just meat, vegetables, and fruit... only if we've had protein before the fruit. I've been doing the far-infrared sauna, ordered my favorite Jonathan Roche interval training DVDs. I had the set before and lost them through the moves. Today I'm going to air up the tires on my bike and ride down my soft dirt road to the river and go for a walk my own pace. I live 2 minutes next to a Hot Springs where my family can swim at no cost at trade. I've got everything going for me I'm happy. There is quite a bit of stress being the full-time caregiver to my non-verbal 20 year old son he's an incontinent he loves being outside quite strong-willed frustrated with no way to communicate but he's a beautiful person and I need to stay Ultra alert to his needs. It is very taxing on me and the family there are many unexpected occurrences to deal with. It's also hey season we're New farmers and the equipment is Shawty my dear husband is working on it constantly it's very hot out thank goodness we have air conditioning. Some of the equipment doesn't. Anyway I'm happy to be trying something I'm thinking this is going to work which is a big part of the battle make that process. Our thinking is so powerful. Well I like this journal thing. Probably because I get to just speak into the microphone. I do wish that there was a more private way to have a journal with just a microphone in a different, private application. Like an MP3 player or something or just a tape recorder. But then you'd need to get away from all your technology and Roku and things because everything's listening. I sound a little paranoid don't I... big laugh.
Realistic though. Next time we'll talk again I'm sure my weight will be down in my numbers will be smaller. I do want to put the numbers of my weight somewhere, I thought about putting it here but I don't know that I want everybody to know anything like that about me. Does anyone know of an application or a spot on this program to write down your measurements? In case anyone's listening. :-)
