Another pound gone - yay!
I am so sleepy right now. We stayed up too late last night...and didn't even get everything done we had planned to do. Happily, I work an hour later on Thursday and Friday, so I should be able to catch up (a little bit) on sleep! I also need to be more disciplined about bedtime.
A little anxious this morning - I have a doctor appointment today. I'll do my best to make today a good one.
