Today 02nd August 08:00 am - Been 8 hours since last food and drinks, hence all food now processed and stomach is empty...Food should be out of the full system in 40 hours (Midnight on the 03rd August......Looking forward to weigh in on Friday 4th August at 08am and use this as the starting point of the fast = Aim is that on the 11th August I will have lost 14ilbs or one stone minimum.
