Dropped a pound (after days of raw spinach) and then ate 1/2 a wholesome (yea, right...) morning muffin from Coffee Bean. Yay me (not). Will practice healthy eating rest of the day (kale for lunch) and see if I can hang on to the loss. Not happy at all about 145!
Terrible weekend. Routine vet visit turned into new cancer scare. My last standing furry child-See the beast-he's me profile pic, has a mass and we are waiting for the biopsy results. We just lost the cat in November-I am so worried. He was sedated and did not wake up for 8 hrs and for last two nights has not slept (pacing, crying, trying to crawl into my body). Had to leave him alone today to come to work and it was pitiful-he has separation anxiety and I think I projected all my fears onto him! I am so exhausted I start crying even when ordering coffee this morning.
SU is coming back tonight after a month in Florida. Thank goodness.
