I made this account on fatsecret almost 2 years ago, tried it for a week while forgetting to log my caloroes every other day, then forgot about it. Up until 2 weeks ago I was steady at around 185 lbs. Then, this past Monday, I decided to take it seriously. I counted my calories every day, I started eating less and I went on 2 runs this week (my first time running in almost 4 years!) I'm not sure how, but I'm currently 180.6lbs. I can't wait till I hit the 170s for the first time in years!
