Woke up weighed in at 133.4lbs days not even over with and I'm down to 132.4. I've consumed 3 meals and a shake already. This is what I'm talking about my metabolism is out of control. I guess it's a good thing but I see it as a bad thing cause I'm trying to put on mass.
