I'm so confused on this keto plan. So do I look at calories or not. FS had a set calorie plan in for 830 calories a day. I upped it to 1500. I've already meet my net carbs for today. I went over on my fat. Is that Okay? I haven't meet my protein. (10g off). help. One minute I feel like I got it. Then next I don't. There is a lot of rules that some follow and others dont. That is confusing too.
