Bachelor week. It shows in today’s weigh in. Boy and I enjoying freedom. Funny how the mood improves when she is away. And the tasks that are usually difficult, flow like warm molasses, an ease, almost fun, pouring in and filling us with warmth.

Further adjusts to TH & other maintenance meds reductions. Measured my systolic at 89 yesterday so yeah.
