Rough week but still managing to slowly lose weight. Another new Low and closer to the 180's. More importantly hopefully closer to the Healthy body fat range as after last assessment I was only 1% over the healthy range for my age at 23%. Even better was last visit to the dentist my BP was the lowest it has been in ages (100/68) and I'm no longer pre-hypertensive. Both my parents took/take blood pressure medicine and it's a goal of mine to hopefully never need it.
87,1 kg Bugüne kadar kayıp: 13,6 kg.    Geriye kalan: 1,4 kg.    Diyet Takibi: Oldukça İyi.
Haftada 0,5 kg kaybediyor
