So I gained weight. Whatever. That's life. I expected to, and I did. I found these past two weeks have been a test for me to basically see how much I could "get away with" and how much weight I would gain accordingly. I stopped journaling, and ate fast food (which I almost NEVER do).
But at least I went and got weighed in, even though I ate so badly (and I'm all bloaty and gross today!) :-)

I leave Halifax on Sunday, April 25,( because I'm done school) and from now until then I'm going to have huge amounts of free time where I can eat. I find free time extremely difficult to deal with; I need a schedule. Right now, I really want to grab something to munch on because I'm bored! But I won't!

I can definately relate to the munching when I'm bored. I find sugar free hard candies to help a lot. a little flavor and something to keep ur mind off filling your face to make up for the gap in activities. I try to also do something I've been putting off even the most tedious of things like organizing my make up bag cus itgs something to fill time..

I can relate too. The hardest for me is the nighttime snacking. I try and eat good all day but then at night I get hungry and boy is it tough. Im trying to recondition my mind so that I dont get hungry. Lets hope it works!
